构建大学生志愿服务长效机制的探索与思考——以湖南农业大学“致远”青年志愿者服务团为例

The Exploration and Thinking on the Construction of Long-term Mechanism of Voluntary Work of Undergraduate Students—— Taking“Zhiyuan”youth volunteer group of Hunan Agricultural University as an example

大学生志愿服务活动作为大学生思想政治教育的有效载体之一,有利于提高大学生思想政治教育工作的感染力和实效性。本文分析了当前大学生志愿服务活动存在的问题,并以湖南农业大学"致远"青年志愿者服务团为例,对基于基地项目化运作的大学生志愿服务模式进行阐述,对基于构建大学生志愿服务长效机制进行了思考。

As one of the effective carriers of undergraduates ideological and political education, voluntary activities of undergraduates are conducive to enhance the appeal and effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. This paper analyses the existing problems of voluntary activities of undergraduates, and takes ＂Zhiyuan＂ group as an example, which is a youth volunteer group of Hunan Agricultural University. It expounds that the operationis based on the base project of college students＇ volunteer service mode, and finally has been thought about establishing long-term mechanism of voluntary activities of undergraduate students.
