基于“文化三进”的高职特色校园文化建设实践——以湖南汽车工程职业学院为例

Practice of Campus Culture Construction with Higher Vocational Characteristics based on “Three Entries of Culture”——Take Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College as an Example

"产业文化进教育、工业文化进校园、企业文化进课堂",是高职院校校园文化建设的方向和目标。基于"文化三进"的高职特色校园文化建设要突出职业性、体现企业化、注重行业性、强调区域性,必须着力从具有高职特色的精神文化、组织文化、专业文化、物质文化、活动文化等方面来构建。

Industry culture entering education, industrial culture entering campus and enterprise culture entering classroom are the direction and goal of campus culture construction of higher vocational colleges. The campus culture construction with higher vocational characteristics based on ＂three entries of culture＂ should highlight the professional, enterprise, industrial and regional natures and must be conducted from the perspective of spiritual culture, organizational culture, professional culture, material culture and activity culture with higher vocational characteristics.
