浅析小兴安岭林区生态移民问题及对策——以美溪林业局生态移民为例

Discussion On The Ecological Immigration Issue In Xiaoxing'an Mountain Forest Area——Taken Meixi Forest Bureau Ecological Immigration As An Example

国家将生态移民作为一项重要内容纳入《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》,生态移民备受重视和关注。大小兴安岭生态功能保护区的生态移民工作可以有效保护森林资源,为本地区乃至整个国家未来经济社会发展赢得更大的生态空间。本文通过设计生态移民调查问卷及实际数据采集,运用制度分析及案例分析等方法,以黑龙江省伊春市美溪区的生态移民工程建设为例,浅析生态移民问题及其对策。

Our country has taken ecological immigration as main concept into《The Twelfth Five- Year Plan of China national economic and social development plan of the People＇s Republic of China》and gets the attention from the society. Size of the Xiaoxing ＇an Mountains ecological resettlement EFCAs can effectively protect the forest resources of the region and the whole country＇s future economic and social development of ecological space. By designing ecological migration questionnaire and the actual data collection,system analysis uses methods and case method of analyzing,ecological migrants project Meixi District of Yichun City in Heilongjiang Province. The construction of an example of ecological migration and its countermeasures is to provide reference.
