通识教育提升高职学生就业竞争力研究

Research on the Promotion of the Employment Competitiveness of Higher Vocational Students with General Education

通过对中外通识教育发展的历史进程分析,发现通识教育是高职教育发展规律的必然需求。通识教育有助于提高高职学生的职业素质、职业价值观、批判性思维能力和职业发展的隐性能力,从而有助于提升高职学生的就业竞争力。从制度层面上完善通识教育的顶层设计、提高通识教育的师资和教学水平,创设有利的校园环境是实施通识教育的有效途径。

Through the analysis of the historical process of the Chinese and foreign general education development, we have found that general education is the inevitable demand of the development rule of Higher Vocational education. General education is helpful to improve the professional quality, professional values, critical thinking ability, and latent capacity of professional development of higher vocational students; hence it also helps to improve the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students. Perfecting the top-level design of general education in terms of system side, improving teachers and teaching level of general education,and creating favorable campus environment are the effective ways to the implementation of general education.
