摘要
某水电站副厂房在服役一段时间后,空压机附近楼板出现强烈振动。为了找到合理的减振设计方案,根据该水电站副厂房现场检测结果,并通过有限元仿真反演出干扰力幅值;进而提出了一种合理的厂房加固方案,并预先计算了加固后的减振效果。将加固前后实际检测结果进行了比较,证明所提出的干扰力反演计算方法和减振方案是正确的。可为以后的工程减振实践提供有益的参考。
When the auxiliary house of a hydroelectric station was put into operation for a period,the floor plate adjacent to air compressors began to vibrate strongly. To find out the effective vibration reduction solution,the inversion calculation of disturbance force was conducted by FEM according to the in- situ test. Based on the analysis,a reasonable reinforced solution was proposed and the vibration reduction effect was forecasted. The test results before and after the reinforcement were compared,which proved that the inversion method and vibration reduction solution were correct.
