广西扶绥县壮族人群CXCL12基因多态性与肝癌家系遗传易感性的关系

Relationship between CXCL12 polymorphism and genetic susceptibility of hepatocellular carcinoma family of Zhuang population in Fusui County,Guangxi

目的探讨CXCL12基因rs3780891多态性与广西扶绥县壮族人群肝细胞癌(HCC)遗传易感性的关系。方法采用对照研究方法,选择广西扶绥县壮族人群肝癌家系组79例(肝癌患者20例,直系亲属59例),正常对照家系组40例,运用质谱方法检测CXCL12基因rs3780891位点基因型分布频率;应用非条件logistic回归分析不同基因型与HCC发病风险的关系。结果 CXCL12基因rs3780891位点存在AA、GA、GG 3种基因型。正常对照组与肝癌家系肝癌组患者的CXCL12基因rs3780891位点GA基因型分布频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肝癌家系中直系亲属组与肝癌组GA基因型的分布频率比较,差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CXCL12基因rs3780891位点多态性与广西扶绥县肝癌家族聚集的遗传易感性无关联。

Objective To investigate the relationship between CXCL12 rs3780891 polymorphism and genetic susceptibility to hepatocellular carcinoma（ HCC） in Zhuang population in Fusui County,Guangxi.Methods The control study involved 79 members from HCC family（HCC family group,20 HCC cases,59 immediate family members） and 40 members from normal family（normal control group） in Fusui County, Guangxi.Mass spectrometry was used to determine the genotype frequency of CXCL12 rs3780891 polymorphism.A non-conditional logistic regression analysis on the relationship between different genotypes and the risks of HCC polymorphism was performed.Results The CXCL12 rs3780891 locus owned three genotypes of AA,GA and GG.There was no significant difference in the frequency of GA genotype between normal control group and HCC patients in HCC family group（ P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in the frequency of GA genotype between HCC patients and their family members in the HCC family group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion CXCL12 rs3780891 polymorphism doesn′t correlate with genetic susceptibility to HCC family clustering in Fusui County,Guangxi.
