摘要
注射工艺参数的选择和调整对制品质量将产生直接影响,实际产品试模时,注塑机注射工艺参数的最终设定通过多次试模才能确定,不利于生产效率的提高。通过CAE仿真模拟注射分析,能有效找到具体产品的最佳注射设置参数,减少试模次数和时间,且能提供较为合理实际注射参数。
The selection and adjustment of injection molding process parameters have significant effects on the quality of the products.In the traditional injection molding process,the process parameters are finally determined according to many specific injection testing results,which is not efficient in the manufacturing process.In this paper,simulations of the injection process are implemented,and the optimal process parameters can be efficiently obtained from the CAE analysis.Meanwhile,the time and frequency of the specific injection test can also be reduced.Using this method,the provided parameters are reasonable in the actual injection process.
