Design of the injection mould of feeding tray grille

运用Moldflow软件对饲料盘格栅架塑件最佳浇口位置进行了分析,通过填充时间、体积收缩率和翘曲变形的分析,优化了浇口形状,检验了模具结构是否合理,确保了模具运行可靠。采用UG软件进行模具设计,通过斜顶机构成型塑件内部的倒钩,简单实用,利用胡波外挂得到模具总装图,模具设计合理,结构紧凑,工作可靠。

Using the Moldflow software,the optimum gating location of the feed tray grille is achieved.According to the investigation of injection time,volume shrinkage and warpage,the gate shape is optimized and the mould structure reasonability is checked to ensure the reliable operation of the mould.The injection mould of the feed tray grille is designed based on UG.In this mould,the sideling lifter mechanism is introduced to form the plastic barb,which is simple and practical.The assembly diagram of mould structure is accomplished by Hubo plug-in.The mould structure is reasonable,compact and credible in operation.
