摘要
水电工程生态环境影响分析评价内容包括自然环境、生态环境、社会环境,评价方法大多采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,具体有RVA/IHA法、层次分析法、模糊综合评价法、费用效益分析法、模糊物元综合评价法等。通过对多种水电工程生态环境影响分析方法进行归纳,指出这些评价方法存在一定弊端:层次分析法与模糊综合评价法对数据的要求高,实现起来困难较大;生态环境影响分析所用的方法大多具有一定主观性,会导致评价结果因人而异,不能做到完全客观。
The contents of analyzing and evaluating impacts of hydropower projects include natural environment,ecological environment and social environment. And the methods include RVA/ IHA method,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,cost benefit analysis method and fuzzy matter- element comprehensive evaluation method et al. After comparing those methods,this paper found out some disadvantages,for example,the requirements of data were much higher for analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive eval uation method. And it was hard to operate. Besides,because the evaluation results partly depend on subjective opinions,so most of those methods were not totally objective.
