摘要
金湖泵站在水力设计中应用CFD仿真技术,通过优化灯泡贯流泵装置进、出水流道的型线来减少水力损失,优化设计效果得到了水泵装置模型试验的验证,预测的泵装置性能与试验结果基本一致。灯泡贯流泵机组的支撑结构、叶片调节机构、主轴密封装置、轴承布置等主要设备的结构设计技术先进,保证了灯泡贯流泵机组的安全和可靠运行。金湖泵站在设备招标中采用与国内外生产厂家技术合作的模式,灯泡贯流泵机组的制作、安装非常顺利,机组各项性能指标均达到南水北调东线工程的要求,为类似大型泵站机组选型、结构设计及机械制造提供了参考。
The simulation techniques based on CFD were used in the hydraulic design of Jinhu Pump Station,the shape and size of inlet and outlet discharge passages were optimized to reduce hydraulic losses. The optimal design effect was verified by the model pumping system test and the predicted pumping system performances were consistent with the model test results. Advanced techniques were used in the structural design of critical parts,such as the supporting structure,adjusting device of impeller blade,sealing device of main shaft,arrangement of bears,ensured the safety and reliable operation of bulb tubular pump units. The technique cooperation mode in the equipment bidding of Jin hu Pump Station made the manufacture and installation of tubular pump units very successful,which could be usefully referenced by similar large pump stations in the pump unit selection,structural design and mechanical manufacturing.
