提升零部件制造质量监控手段的应用

摘要 零部件的制造过程是由大量的生产工序和众多的辅助环节组成,除了各道工序之外,设备、夹具、刀具、切削液以及物流贮运等辅助环节也会引起产品的质量隐患。文章以汽车发动机为例,剖析了残余磁性、清洁度缺陷和磨削烧伤3类典型的由制造过程中的某些原因造成的质量问题,以及将有可能对零部件乃至整个发动机品质产生的严重影响,提出了相应的应对措施和检测方法。 There are a lot of production and other related steps during the parts and components manufacturing process. The equipments, fixtures, cutting tools, cutting fluid and storage also have the danger on the quality control. Taking vehicle engine as an example, this paper describes the quality problems which may be created by residual magnetic field, insufficient cleanliness and grinding damage in the process of manufacturing, and the serious cases that affect the parts and components and engine quality as well. Finally the paper puts forward the countermeasures and inspection method.
