摘要
汽车天窗遮阳板滑动力测试是生产过程检验的必需环节。为克服人工手持"推拉力计"测试滑动力存在的不足(速度、加速度、起点、终点、位移等因素难以控制,影响检验精度),通过使用西门子s7-200PLC控制器和PLC编程控制步进电机做驱动装置,带动力传感器牵引遮阳板在导轨上往复移动来测试遮阳板滑动力。PLC采集传感器模拟量信号,数据上传至触摸屏。结果表明:该技术计量准确,控制灵活,满足检验要求,适合推广应用。
Sliding force test for automobile sun-roof panel is a necessary inspection step in the production process. In order to overcome the weakness of sliding force test by manual-controlled "push-pull gauge"(which is difficult to control the speed, accelerating speed, start point, terminal point, displacement etc. and affects the test precision), Siemens s7-200 PLC controller and through PLC programming to control the stepping motor are used as drive device to drive the force sensor to drag the sun-roof panel move back and forth in the guide rail to inspect the sun-roof panel sliding force. PLC collects the sensor analog quantity signals and uploads the data to the touch screen. The results show that this method provides high precision, flexible control, meets the inspection requirement and is applied widely.
