摘要
为更好地控制及提高焊接白车身的精度,确保汽车零部件的装配质量,保证整车品质,提高产品竞争力,通过分析焊接白车身精度的各种影响因素,从设计、人、机、料、法及测的角度分析影响因素,并针对这些影响因素从管理或技术层面上建立相应的应对措施,通过措施的严格实施而实现对车身精度的控制。该思路侧重在设计阶段的"SE"分析及调试期间的"PCF匹配分析活动",经实践确认其行之有效。
In order to control and improve the accuracy of welding white body, to ensure the qualities of auto parts assembly and the vehicle, this paper analyses the influence factors of welding precision of the white body from design, person,machine, material, method and inspection to establish corresponding control measures and to realize the precision control of the car body. This control method focuses on SE and PCF, it proved that it is an effective way.
