摘要
某款车型在高原制动试验中,发现存在最大电气负荷工况下制动力偏大的问题。为更好地对制动助力系统进行标定,引入制动感觉指数(BFI)试验评估体系,通过分析影响制动感觉的踏板力、踏板位移及减速度3种因素间关系,发现在减速度达到0.7 g后制动踏板力超过300 N,需调整电子真空泵的辅助策略来进行改善。试验结果表明,将BFI应用在高原制动试验中,能简单有效地获取被测车型在高原地区的制动感觉客观指标,对制动系统正向开发或后期系统改善有着重要作用。
In the plateau brake test, a big brake force was found for a model car under the maximum electrical load. For better calibration of the brake booster, the evaluation system of Brake Feel Index(BFI) was applied. By analyzing the influence of braking feel factors, such as the pedal effort, the pedal displacement and deceleration, the brake pedal force of more than 300 N was found as the deceleration speed reached to 0.7 g and the electronic vacuum auxiliary strategy needs to be improved. The result proved that applying BFI in plateau brake test can obtain braking feel objective targets for the tested cars simply and effectively in plateau area, which will play an important role in the positive development and the improvement of braking system.
