摘要
悬架是汽车重要的部件,悬架强度问题影响着整车的安全,前期强度分析至关重要。文章通过对某车型控制臂运用零部件分析方法与系统分析方法的对比,总结出设计前期零部件分析方法快速、便捷的优势。通过采用系统分析方法对某车型下摆臂3种方案的分析对比,体现出设计后期系统分析方法的精确性。在整车开发过程中,设计前期使用零部件分析方法,在设计后期采用系统分析方法,可有效发现悬架强度问题并进行规避。
Suspension is one of important parts of the vehicle, suspension strength affects the vehicle safety, strength analysis is most important in the early development process. This paper introduces the advantages of components analysis method in the early components development through comparison of components analysis and systematic analysis for the control arm.Three schemes for the lower control arm are compared using systematic analysis method, presenting the precision of systematic analysis in the final phase of development. Applying the components analysis method in the early phase of development and adopting the systematic analysis method in the final phase of development can find the problem of suspension strength and solve it.
