摘要
重金属含量是关乎食用植物油脂安全和人类健康的重要卫生指标。本文阐述了重金属的定义和危害,并对食用植物油脂中重金属的来源进行分析,提出了降低重金属污染的措施。
The heavy metal contents are important index related to safety of edible vegetable oil and human heath.The definition and hazard of heavy metal and the source of heavy metal in edible vegetable oil were analyzed.The measures to reduce the pollution of heavy metal were proposed.
