奇雅子富含n-3系列脂肪酸(α-亚麻酸)、可溶性和不溶性膳食纤维以及蛋白质,另外还有一些抗氧化物质,能够帮助增加饱腹感,预防心血管疾病、炎症、神经系统疾病、糖尿病等。本文主要阐述了奇雅子的营养成分和应用现状。
Chia seed(Salvia hispanica)is rich in n-3fatty acids(alpha linolenic acid),soluble and insoluble dietary fiber and protein,in addition there are also some antioxidants,and helps to increase satiety index,prevent cardiovascular diseases,inflammatory and nervous system disorders,and diabetes,among others.The nutrient composition and application status of chia seed were mainly elaborated.
