摘要
建立了食用植物油中抗氧化剂BHA、BHT、TBHQ同时测定的凝胶渗透色谱-气相色谱方法,3种抗氧化剂在实际样品中的加标回收率均在88.1%~98.0%之间,最低检出限为BHA1.4 mg/kg,BHT1.7 mg/kg,TBHQ2.0mg/kg。该方法简便、快速,可靠,对市场抽取的植物油样品进行了检测,效果较好。
Method for determination of BHA,BHT and TBHQ in edible oil by gel permeation chromatography(GPC)purification and gas chromatography(GC)detection was established.The results show that the recoveries of 3 antioxidants range from88.1%to 98.0%,the detection limits of BHA,BHT and TBHQ are 1.4 mg/kg,1.7 mg/kg,2.0mg/kg,respectively.This method is simple,rapid and stable.It can be applied in determination of BHA,BHT,TBHQ in edible oil samples with satisfactory results.
