二胎化背景下的农村教育发展——以农村二胎试点县翼城县为例

The Development of Rural Education in the Context of Two-child Policy——Take Yicheng County, the Pilot County of Two-child Policy, as an Example

计划生育政策实施的30年间,翼城县作为全国唯一放开二胎政策的试点县,在农村二胎生育政策取得成功的同时,其教育状况,包括对教育的重视视度、教育期望、教育投入、教育功能等都发生了较大的变化。本文采用问卷调查的方法分析了翼城县农村二胎试点背景下的教育发展,并作了进一步的探讨和思考,意在揭示人口和教育的相关性,促进经济、人口和教育的协调发展。

The family planning policy has been carried out for 30 years. Yicheng County is the only pilot county that conducts two-child policy. When the two-child policy has got success in rural areas, its condition of education including the attention,expectation, investment and function of education have changed a lot. This paper analyzed and further explored the development of rural education in Yicheng County in the context of two-child polity through questionnaires in order to reveal the relevance of population and education and promote the harmonious development of economy, population and education.
