心血管内科重症患者的护理风险问题分析与风险管理

Analysis of Nursing Risk and Risk Management on Severe Patients in Cardiology Department

目的:对心血管内科重症患者的护理风险问题与风险管理进行分析。方法:对心血管内科患者护理过程中存在的各种风险问题进行分析和风险管理,并对患者管理前后风险事件发生情况和管理后患者满意度进行统计。结果:研究组风险事件发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心血管内科重症患者护理中存在多种风险问题,对存在的风险进行针对性的管理可有效地降低风险事件的发生,并提高患者的满意度。

Objective：To analyze the nursing risk and risk management on severe patients in cardiology department.Method：The various nursing risks in nursing process of severe patients in cardiology department were analyzed and carried out risk management.The occurrence of risk events before and after risk management,and the satisfaction of patients after risk management were counted.Result：The risk event incidence of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：During the nursing process of severe patients in cardiology department,there are many risks,targeted management of the existing risk can effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
