His束起搏替代右室心尖部起搏治疗顽固性心力衰竭一例 被引量:1

摘要 患者男性,77岁。曾因冠心病、持续性心房颤动合并Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞行右室心尖部起搏的VVI起搏器植入术。术后逐渐出现顽固性心力衰竭,为改善心功能,行His束起搏,原起搏系统保留,设置起搏频率40次/分,术后临床症状及心功能指标明显改善。
