中国纬编发展在经历了30多年的高速发展后面临巨大的下行压力,进入2015年,面对国内经济增长放缓,劳动力成本不断上升等严峻挑战,国内纬编企业重新洗牌,呈现出良莠不齐的状态,大型纬编企业稳中有升,中小型企业发展艰难,企业逐步由加工型向创新型转变。本文概述了纬编技术的发展现状,并简要总结了当前流行产品,重点介绍了纬编数字生产技术、产品的开发方法、应用领域及开发现状。此外,探讨了纬编原料在纬编提花领域的开发趋势,个性化创新产品、智能化生产技术、绿色化生产技术,为纬编产品的广泛应用提供了更广阔的解决方案。
This article introduces the latest development of weft-knitting technology, and briefly summarizes currently popular weft-knitted products. The paper focuses on digital weft-knitting, the method of developing new products, the application fields and the present situation of development. In addition, this paper discusses the developing trend of weft-knitted materials in the field of weft-knitted jacquard, and personalized products, intelligent manufacturing technology and green production technology, providing a solution for broader application of weft-knitted products.
