凹凸键盘提花保暖面料的研发

On Developing Jacquard Thermal Fabric with Concavo-convex Pattern Like Keyboard

介绍了利用两组经纱与3组纬纱进行特殊结构的交织,形成具有立体凹凸形态的机织保暖面料的新方法。通过对其立体凹凸工艺进行最优化设计,得出键盘视觉效果最佳的织造工艺,之后在大提花织机上进行键盘面料的生产,键盘面料上的字母则采用提花的手法来实现。最终得到一款与键盘相似度高、立体感强、且具有很好保暖功能的面料。

This article describes a new method for producing a thermal fabric which has a special structure resulting from the stereo concavo-convex pattern interwoven with two sets of warp and three sets of weft. First by optimizing the process design, the best weaving process which could get the best visual effect of keyboard-like pattern was obtained. Then the fabric was produced with jacquard loom on which alphabetic letters like those on keyboard were woven with jacquard technique. Finally a good thermal fabric which has high similarity with keyboard and strong three-dimensional effect was obtained.
