差异化竞争战略在湖北省荆州市某二级医疗机构的应用

随着新医改的深化,地市级医疗机构面对激烈的市场竞争凸显出了诸多的问题。基于迈克尔·波特教授提出的差异化竞争战略理论,结合湖北省荆州市二级医院的应用实践,认为新医改背景下地市级医疗机构存在较多问题,主要表现是:综合竞争力不强、人才储备不够、市场占有额不高、储备发展资金不足等。荆州市某二级医疗机构通过走差异化竞争的道路,有效地解决了这些问题。

With the deepening of medical reform process, local medical institutions face many problems in the competitive market. Based on the diversified competition theory funded by Michael E · Porter, combined with the application practice of a second class hospital in Jingzhou, this study analyzes the current situation and problems the local medical institutions faced, such as weak competitiveness, the lack of talent reserve, less market share, insufficient reserve development funds. Through diversified competition strategy, the second class medical institutions have solved these problems effectively.
