核桃NBS类抗病基因的克隆及序列分析 被引量:2

摘要 NBS-LRR蛋白在植物抵御各种病原物的侵袭中发挥重要作用。利用RT-PCR技术以香玲核桃叶片为试材,克隆核桃核苷酸结合位点(nucleotide binding site,NBS)类抗病基因类似物(resistance gene analog,RGA),并对该基因和编码蛋白序列进行分析。结果表明,该序列长512 bp,具有NBS的典型结构域。利用DNAman软件进行相似性比对发现该序列与其他植物的NBS具有较高的同源性。核桃NBS类基因的克隆为其进一步研究应用奠定了基础。
