摘要
设计了一种利用一根载波线代替传统的CO2焊机六芯控制电缆的新技术。送丝机的控制板对给定信号进行调制,将两组不同频率的高频载波信号通过载波线发送给焊接电源,焊接电源通过解调电路将调制信号解调出低频调制信号发送给微控制器,控制焊机完成各项功能动作。焊接电源和送丝机通过一根载波线和焊接电源的正极电缆完成送丝机与焊接电源的通信回路,采用了双载波技术,既避免损坏控制电缆,又保证了载波信号的抗干扰能力。
Design a kind of new technology using the carrier thread instead of the traditional CO2 welder six core control cable.The given signal is modulated in the control board of wire feeder.Two groups of different frequeney of high frequency earrier signal is sent by the carrier line to wehting power source,welding power source by the modulation signal demodulation circuit demodulation of low frequency modulation signal is sent to the microcontroller,control welding machine to complete various fuuctions.A carrier thread and the positive cable of the welding power source are used to complete the communication cireuit between wehting power source and wire feeding machine. Adopts double carrier technology which can avoid damage control cable,and ensure the anti-interference ability of the carrier signal.
