摘要 通过对某电站压力钢管与蜗壳凑合节合拢焊缝的焊接全过程进行拘束应力监测和焊接残余应力测试,得出拘束应力和焊接残余应力处于正常水平的结论,由此掌握合拢焊缝的拘束应力情况和锤击法消除焊接应力实际效果,确保合拢焊缝焊接的顺利实施。 Through restraint stress monitoring of welding process and welding residual stress test for the pressure steel pipe and elosure weld in the volute folded section in a power station,the conclusion that restraint stress and welding residual stress is in a normal level is obtained.Therefore,the restraint stress condition of closure weld and the effect of hammering method for eliminating welding stress are grasped to ensure the welding of closure weld is implemented smoothly.
