The ＂green residential park＂is a kind of assembled residential buildings. The components of residential building are all precast in the factories, be equipped and installed directly on site, which takes the advantage of high efficiency, good quality, short construction duration and producing less construction waste. With the support of the government, making use of preferential policies related urban construction, ＂steel to the countryside＂, agriculture and animal husbandry engineering and reconstruction after disaster, ＂residential park＂construction mode is the trend of the development in urbanization construction in the future, and also the necessary road of green steel development.
