不同持续时间的游泳训练对高脂血症小鼠脂质代谢的影响

The Effect on Different Durations of Swimming Training to Lipid Metabolism of Mice with Hyperglycemia

目的：研究不同的游泳持续时间，寸改善高脂血症的效果，寻找最适宜的运动强度和持续时间，达到最好的降脂目的。方法：将80只昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照组（C）、高脂对照组（H）、洛伐他汀组（L）及不同强度的游泳运动组（S1、S2、S3），通过建立高脂血症小鼠模型，对高脂小鼠进行不同持续时间的游泳训练进行干预以及洛伐他汀治疗，6周后，检测血清及肝脏总胆固醉（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL－C）等含量变化，分析不同持续时间的游泳训练对脂质代谢的影响。结果：经过6周的游泳训练后，高脂小鼠的TC、TG水平明显下降，HDL－C水平明显提高；不同持续时间的游泳训练中，20～40min／d游泳组综合降脂能力最好。结论：当以游泳训练对高脂血症小鼠进行干预时，中等强度的游泳训练干预效果更为显著。

Objective： The study is done to seek the most studying the effect of different duration of swimming on appropriate exercise intensity and duration to lower lipid by the improvement of lipid metaholism. Methods： Dividing 80 male Kunming mice into 4 groups randomly： the normal control group （C）, the high fat control group （H）, the Lov- astatin group （L） and the swimming groups with different exercise intensities （S1, S2, S3）. Through modeling the mice with hyperglycemia, intervening the hyperlipidemia mice＇s swimming training with different durations and trea- ting them with Lovastatin, after six weeks, tested content variation including the serum and liver total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG） and high--density lipoprotein （HDL--C） and analyzed the effect of different durations of swimming training on the lipid metabolism. Results： After six weeks＇ swimming training, the hyperlipidemia mice＇s levels of TC, TG apparently decline while the level of HDL--C apparently improves. In swimming training of differ- ent durations, the best group with ability of comprehensive lipid--lowering is 20--40 min/d swimming group. Con- clusion： When intervented the hyperlipidemia mice by swimming training, the most apparent intervention effect was the swimming training with moderate strength.
