氧化锆分析仪是利用氧化锆浓差电势来测定氧含量的传感器,它在酒钢不锈钢冷轧退火炉上起到至关重要的作用,准确有效的测量结果保证了工序的生产顺行和产品质量的提高。本文主要研究氧化锆分析仪在酒钢不锈钢冷轧冷热线退火炉上的应用,以及对氧化锆在现场应用中存在的问题进行剖析,提出了一系列行之有效的改进措施。

Zirconia analyzer is the sensor that uses the zirconia concentration potential to determine the oxygen content. It plays a critical role in JISCO annealing furnace, and ensures the production and the product quality. The paper studies the zirconia analyzer application in annealing furnace of JISCO stainless steel branch, analyzes the problems in the field application, and proposes a series of effective measures for improvement.
