冠心病相关炎性因子与冠心病患者TIPE2 mRNA水平的关系 被引量：12

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者血浆中相关炎性因子与外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中TIPE2 mRNA的关系。方法:选取2010年12月至2012年11月期间在我院行冠脉造影检查明确冠脉狭窄的患者100例,及冠脉无明显狭窄的非冠心病者30例。采用ELISA法测定血浆中相关炎性因子的表达水平,采用PCR法测定PBMCs中TIPE2 mRNA水平。结果:(1)两组间VCAM-1、MMP-9、MCP-1、TNFα、IL-1、6、8细胞因子具有显著性差异;(2)TIPE2 mRNA结果:冠心病组中TIPE2 mRNA水平明显低于非冠心病组;(3)炎性因子与TIPE2 mRNA的相关性:VCAM-1、MMP-9、MCP-1、IL-1、6细胞因子对TIPE2具有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结论 :提示TIPE2可能通过调节VCAM-1、MMP-9、MCP-1、IL-1、6细胞因子的水平发挥抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。
