提升科技情报研究能力的几点思考

Thoughts on Promoting the STI Research Capability

近年来,科技情报研究服务保障能力得到了较大提升,但仍面临着一些问题,主要是管理有待进一步改进,基础建设有待进一步完善,研究质量有待进一步提高,高端服务有待进一步加强。针对存在的问题,文章建议从完善的科技情报研究体系,强化管理制度建设,加强基础建设,改进研究方法,加强质量控制,改进服务方法,创新服务模式,调整研究队伍结构,加强研究文化建设等方面入手,全面提升科技情报研究服务保障水平。

In recent years,service and support capability of STI research has been improved.However,there still existing some issues,including further improvement of management,infrastructure,research quality and high-end service.Based on the existing issues,this paper suggests improving the service and support capability of STI research from following aspects,such as improving STI research system,strengthening the construction of management system and infrastructure,promoting research methods,perfecting quality control and service methods,innovating service model,adjusting the structure of research team and strengthening the construction of research culture.
