沙格列汀联合地特胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Observation on effect of Shah Glenn Dean combined with insulin detemir therapy in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨沙格列汀联合地特胰岛素在老年2型糖尿病治疗中的疗效。方法:选取80例糖尿病患者作为观察对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组给予甘精胰岛素(Gla)治疗,观察组给予沙格列汀联合地特胰岛素(Det)治疗,对比治疗后两组患者的空腹血糖(GLU)、餐后2h血糖(2 h PBG)及低血糖发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组的GLU、2 h PBG均有明显改善,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组低血糖发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:沙格列汀联合地特胰岛素可以有效改善老年2型糖尿病的GLU、2 h PBG水平,改善临床症状。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Shah Glenn Dean combined with insulin detemir in elderly in type ：2 diabetes mellitus patients. Method 80 eases of diabetic patients were selected as observation objects,in accordance with the order of admission were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group, the control group were given insulin glargine （Gla） treatment,the observation group was given the Shah Glenn Dean combined detemir insulin treatment （Det）, fasting blood glucose two groups were compared after treatment （GLU） and 2 h postprandial blood glucose （2 h PBG） and the incidence of hypoglycemia. Results After the treatment ,the observation group GLU ,2 hPBG were obviously improved, and significantly better than the control group ,with statistical signifi- cance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the incidence of hypoglycemia with no significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Shah Glenn Dean combined with insulin detemir can effectively improve the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes GLU,2 h PBG level,improve the clinical symptoms.
