遵义市特色烤烟品种抗旱性评价

摘要 以4个烤烟品种为材料,采用盆栽试验测定了它们在干旱胁迫条件下的生物量积累及叶片保水力、相对含水量、根系丙二醛、脯氨酸含量等生理指标,通过隶属函数法对各品种进行综合分析,评价不同烤烟品种的抗旱性。结果表明:在干旱胁迫条件下,各品种烟株的干鲜重积累量、叶片相对含水量均显著下降,云烟87下降幅度最小,毕纳1号次之,贵烟8号下降幅度最大,且各品种叶片保水力由强到弱依次为云烟87、毕纳1号、贵烟8号、贵烟5号;各品种烟株根系丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量均显著增加,且丙二醛含量以云烟87增加幅度最小,毕纳1号次之,贵烟5号和贵烟8号相对较大,脯氨酸含量云烟87和毕纳1号增加幅度较大,贵烟5号和贵烟8号增加幅度相对较小。隶属函数法综合分析结果显示:云烟87抗旱性最强,毕纳1号次之,贵烟8号抗旱性最差。 Drought resistance of 4 different tobacco cultivars were studied under drought conditions caused by controlling irrigation,some indexes,including the accumulation of the plant ,leaf relative water content ,water-holding capacity, MDA content and proline content were screened and evaluated, and each variety was analyzed through subordinate function.The results showed that, in arid conditions, both plant fresh and dry mass, leave relative water content decrease obviously, the decline range of Yunyan 87 was the smallest, Bina 1 followed, Guiyan 8 the biggest. Water-holding of all varieties from strong to weak was Yunyan 87, Bina 1, Guiyan 8, Guiyan 5. MDA content and proline content of root increased significantly, the increased range of MDA content of Yunyan 87 was the smallest, Binal followed, Guiyan 5 and Guiyan 8 relatively larger,in proline content, Yunyan 87 and Bina 1 were relatively larger,Guiyan 5 and Guiyan 8 were relatively smaller. The resolute subordinate function showed that drought resistance of Yunyan 87 was the strongest, Binal followed, and Guiyan 8 was the worst.
