黑果枸杞地下垂直茎接穗属性特质及与枸杞嫁接成活效果研究

Study on the Attribute and Characteristics of Lycium ruthenicum Underground Vertical Stems Scions and Survival Effects of Grafting with Lycium barbarum

在对黑果枸杞地下垂直茎研究的基础上,首次确立了其可作为接穗使用的属性特质,并采用这种接穗,首次进行了黑果枸杞与枸杞不同方法、不同生长季的嫁接研究。结果表明：采用劈接、切接、舌接3种嫁接方法均能获得良好的成活效果,成活率均达80%以上。劈接法不同生长季嫁接,以3月下旬至6月中旬为适宜嫁接时间,成活率达40%~90%;4月中旬至5月中旬为其最佳嫁接时间,成活率达90%;7月中旬、8月中旬仅出现个别萌梢而无存活,为不宜嫁接时间。嫁接后的黑果枸杞当年萌枝生长速度明显加快,较黑果枸杞当年萌枝的平均长度和直径,分别增长29.6%和35.2%。

On the basis of research on Lycium ruthenicum underground vertical stem,for the first time established attribute and characteristics which could be used as scion, and for the first time using this scion, grafting of different methods, and different growth season of Lycium barbarum, The results showed that by cleft-grafting,grafting,tongue 3 grafting methods could obtain good effect of survival,the survival rate was more than 80%. Grafting with cleft grafting method in different growing season,in late march to mid-june was suitable for grafting,the survival rate could reach 40% - 90%.From mid April to mid May was the best time for grafting, the sm＇vival rate reached 90%.Only a few of shoots and no survival in mid July and mid August, was not suitable for grafting.Germination branches growth of Lycium ruthenicum after grafting had quickened significantly, compared to average length and diameter of Lycium ruthenicum, growth of 29.6% and 35.2% respectively.
