摘要
选择30种有机磷农药在5种蔬菜中气相色谱的基质效应进行了初步研究,比较了5种蔬菜基质对30种农药在0.02、0.04、0.08、0.10、0.20μg/m L 5个浓度水平下的基质效应。通过比较,发现这5种蔬菜对30种农药均存在不同程度的基质增强效应或者基质减弱效应,敌百虫在这5种蔬菜中均存在明显的基质减弱效应,其余农药的基质效应强弱与蔬菜的种类和农药的结构、极性的强弱有关,与农药的浓度之间没有明显的线性关系。
The matrix effect of 30 kinds of organic-phosphorus pesticides on 5 vegetables was studied by using gas chromatography.Five kinds of vegetables matrix for 30 pesticides at levels 0.02,0.04,0.08,0.10,0.20 Ixg/mL were compared.Five kinds of vegetables had different degrees of matrix enhancement effect or weakened effect on 30 kinds of pesticides.Obvious matrix weakening effect of the triehlorfon existed in five kinds of vegetables, strong and weak matrix effect of the rest of the pesticide were connected with the kinds of vegetable ,the structure of pesticides,the strength of the polarity and had no obvious linear relationship with the concentration of pesticide.
