摘要
4-氨基安替比林分光光度法是低浓度挥发性酚测定的通用方法。通过降低试验空白值、增加水样体积、使用长光程比色皿、加入标准溶液、回归曲线强制过原点等手段可大幅提高低浓度挥发性酚测定结果的准确度。
4-aminoantipyrine spectrophotometrie method is the common method of determining low concentration of volatile phenol. By reducing the blank value, increasing the water volume, using the long optical path than color dish, adding the standard solution and forcing the regression curve through the origin, the accuracy of low concentration volatile phenol experimental results can be improved greatly.
