不同开口饵料对大鳞副泥鳅仔鱼成活率和生长的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 试验选取轮虫、藻类、豆浆、蛋黄和配合饲料等5种材料,作为大鳞副泥鳅仔鱼的开口饵料。通过21 d的培育试验,结果表明,前7 d投喂轮虫的大鳞副泥鳅仔鱼成活率最高,为78.3%;在14 d和21 d时轮虫组的成活率分别达68.6%和67.1%,这与配合饲料组的成活率相近,但明显高于其他3组。轮虫组的大鳞副泥鳅仔鱼生长情况最佳,21 d时体长和体重的变化均显著高于其他试验组,分别为16.53 mm和5.210 mg,其次为配合饲料组,也表现出较好的生长性能,21 d时体长和体重分别为15.26 mm和4.565 mg。从大鳞副泥鳅工厂化育苗出发,前7 d最适宜用轮虫,7 d以后可用轮虫或配合饲料来培育。 A 21-day rearing experiment was conducted to observe the effects of the different initial feeds (rotifer, algae, soybean milk, yolk, formula feed)on survival and growth of P.dabryanus Sauvage larva.The results showed that rotifer was the best initial feeds with 78.3% survival rate of P. dabryanus Sauvage larva at the 7th day,and its survival rates were 68.6% and 67.1% at the 14th clay and the 21th day respectively ,which were close to that of formula feed and obviously higher than that of the others.Feeding with rotifer gave the highest growth rate of P.dabryanus Sauvage larva,fallowed by formula feed.At the 21th day, the values of length and weight were 16.53 mm and 5.210 mg individually feeding with rotifer, and the values of length and weight were 15.26 mm and 4.565 mg individually feeding with formula feed. It indicated that rotifer was the best initial feed for P.dabryanus Sauvage larva in the 7th day, then rotifer and formula feed were available for factory nursery of P.dabryanus Sauvage after the 7th day.
