摘要
目的:探讨低电压CT肺血管造影术(computed tomography pulmonary angiography,CTPA)在肺动脉栓塞复查诊断中的应用价值。方法:应用256层CT机低电压(80k V)阈值自动触发扫描技术,造影剂经肘内静脉注入,对已确诊肺动脉栓塞100例患者治疗后复查,评价低电压成像图像质量。结果:用客观评价、主观评价两种评价图像方法得出低电压组影像噪声较大,图像颗粒较粗,但能够用于临床诊断。结论:运用256层CT使用电压80k V对治疗后肺动脉栓塞患者复查,符合诊断要求,并减少了患者的辐射剂量。
Objective: To investigate the application of low voltage computed tomography pulmonary angiography in the reexamination of pulmonary embolism. Method: 100 patients with pulmonary embolism were examinated after treatment. A 256-slice CTPA was performed at 80 k V CT tube voltage,with CT threshold Smart Prep. Contrast agent was injected through the medial cubital vein. Images were evaluated by 2 radiologists independently. Result: The images in low voltage group were evaluated to have more obvious noise and coarse particles in objective and subjective ways,but all image reached diagnostic accuracy in the detection of PE. Conclusion: The method of reexamination patients of pulmonary embolism after treatment with 256-slice CT 80 k V can reach the requirements of the clinical diagnosis and can reduce the radiation dose exposure to patients.
