沙美特罗替卡松粉与孟鲁司特联合治疗儿童哮喘疗效及对症状改善的影响

Effect and Symptoms Improvement of Salmeterol Xinafoate Fluticasone Propionate Powder Combined with Montelukast in the Treatment of Childhood Asthma

目的:研究沙美特罗替卡松粉与孟鲁司特联合治疗儿童哮喘的疗效及对症状改善的影响。方法:选择2012年9月至2013年9月接受治疗的哮喘患儿100例作为研究对象,根据数字法将患儿随机分成观察组50例及对照组50例。对照组单纯应用沙美特罗替卡松粉治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上另增加孟鲁司特进行治疗。对比两组整体疗效,两组治疗前后的日、夜间相关症状评分以及两组治疗前后的肺功能相关指标。结果:观察组的显效率为76.00%(38/50),显著高于对照组的56.00%(28/50);无效率为2.00%(1/50),显著低于对照组的14.00%(7/50),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的日、夜间相关症状评分均显著下降,但观察组的下降幅度显著大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的FEV1、晨间平均PEF及夜间平均PEF水平均显著上升,但观察组的上升幅度显著大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:沙美特罗替卡松粉与孟鲁司特联用治疗儿童哮喘,疗效更佳,且对患儿的肺功能及症状均具有较好的改善作用,值得推荐。

Objective： To study effect and symptoms improvement of salmeterol xinafoate fluticasone propionate powder combined with montelukast in the treatment of childhood asthma. Methods： From Sep.2012 to Sep. 2013 in our hospital,100 cases of asthma children were as the research object,They＇re divided into observation group and control group according to the digital method randomly,each group with 50 cases.Control group was given with pure salmeterol xinafoate fluticasone propionate powder,the observation group was given with montelukast on the basis of it,compared of curative effect two groups,before and after treatment related day,night symptom scores and two groups of related parameters of lung function before and after the treatment. Result： The efficiency of observation group was 76. 00%（ 38 / 50）,which was significantly higher than the control group（ 56. 00% 28 / 50）; Inefficiency was 2. 00%（ 1 / 50）,which was significantly lower than the control group（ 14.00% 7 / 50）,the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. After treatment the symptom scores of two groups were significantly decreased,but the observation group decreased significantly,the differences were statistically significant（ all P〈0. 05）. After treatment FEV1,average PEF and average night morning PEF levels were two groups of patients significantly increased,but the observation group rise significantly greater,the differences were statistically significant（ all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It＇s effective to treat childhood asthma with salmeterol xinafoate fluticasone propionate powder combined with montelukast,symptoms and pulmonary function of children,It is worth to recommend.
