普通高校军事技能训练评估指标体系的构建研究——基于对陕西省高校的考察

Research on establishment of index system of military training's assessment in common universities——Based on Investigation of Shaanxi Province

普通高校军训由于其项目多元性、时间阶段性、考核指标的可变性、承训部队与教官的不稳定性,至今尚未建立比较完善的评估指标体系。基于课程建设与改革的需要,在对陕西省军事技能训练特点及评估现状、指标构建依据和原则分析的基础上,使用德尔菲专家调查法构建军训工作评估指标体系,不仅能为陕西省普通高校军训工作的内部建设与发展指引方向,亦可为我国普通高校军事技能训练评估提供借鉴。

Evaluation system of military training in common universities has not yet been established completely because of various reasons.In order to meet the needs of curriculum reform this paper analyzes military training ′s characteristics evalua？tion status foundation and principles and then establishes the index system of military training＆#39;s assessment in common universi？ties by Delphi method. The index system not only can specify directions for internal construction and development of military training in Shaanxi province but also provide reference on military training′s assessment.
