amiRNA抗病毒策略及其在植物抗病毒研究中的应用 被引量:1

amiRNA Antiviral Strategy and Its Application in Antiviral Study of Plants

摘要 人工小RNA(artificial microRNA,amiRNA)抗病毒策略是通过内源miRNA(microRNA)的作用机制人为沉默病毒靶基因,该策略稳定有效且能对多种病毒产生抗性。利用该策略,已经获得了多种抗病毒转基因植物。介绍了amiRNA抗病毒策略的机制、特点及利用该策略防治植物病毒病害的研究进展。 amiRNA( artificial microRNA) antiviral strategy can silence the target gene of virus by simula- ting the mechanism of endogenous miRNA( microRNA). This strategy is stable, effective and feasible for producing multi-viral resistance. It has been used for cultivating many plant species with viral resistance. This paper reviewed the mechanism, characteristics and application of amiRNA antiviral strategy in antiviral study of plants.
