高效氯氰菊酯对草鱼血清和脾脏中碱性磷酸酶活性的影响

摘要 为研究高效氯氰菊酯对草鱼生理代谢的影响,将供试草鱼随机分为5组,分别暴露在质量浓度为0、0.5、1.0、3.0、5.0μg/L的高效氯氰菊酯中,于1、5、12 d时取样,测定血清和脾脏中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性。结果显示,与对照组相比,暴露1、5 d时,0.5μg/L高效氯氰菊酯组血清和脾脏AKP活性无显著变化;暴露12 d时,血清AKP活性极显著上升,脾脏AKP活性无显著变化。暴露1 d时,1.0μg/L高效氯氰菊酯组血清AKP活性无显著变化,脾脏AKP活性极显著下降;暴露5 d时,血清AKP活性极显著升高,脾脏AKP活性显著极下降;暴露12 d,血清AKP活性无显著变化,脾脏AKP活性显著极下降。暴露1、5、12 d时,3.0μg/L、5.0μg/L高效氯氰菊酯组血清、脾脏中AKP活性均显著或极显著下降。综上,高效氯氰菊酯对草鱼血清和脾脏具有明显的毒害作用。 In the present study, grass carp randomly divided into five groups were exposed to 0,0.5,1. O, 3.0,5.0 p^g/L beta-cypermethrin, respectively. The activities of serum and spleen alkaline phosphatase (AKP)were determined on 1,5,12 d of each group,which evaluated the effects of beta-cypermethrin on physiological metabolism of grass carp. Compared with the control, for 0.5 μg/L group, AKP activities in serum and spleen were not obviously different on l d and 5 d, then AKP activity of serum was significantly increased, and which of spleen did not remarkably change when exposed after 12 d. For 1.0 μg/L group, no obvious changes happened in the activitiy of AKP in serum, however,which of spleen was significantly decreased on day 1, then AKP activity of serum was sharply increased, but which of spleen was significantly reduced on 5 d. AKP activity of serum did not remarkably change, and which of spleen significantly decreased when exposed after 12 d. For 3.0 μg/L and 5.0 μg/L groups, AKP activities of serum and spleen were remarkably reduced on 1,5 and 12 d. To sum up, beta-cypermethrin had significant toxic effect on the serum and spleen of grass carp.
