中等职业学校青少年高尔夫后备人才培养的实证研究——以南京玄武中专培养模式为例

An Empirical Study on the Cultivation of the Backup Talents for the Golf Talents in the Middle Vocational School:Taking the Cultivation Mode of Xuan Wu Secondary Vocational School as an Example

高尔夫运动在中国真正发展,只有短短二十几年,但随着高尔夫用品和高尔夫精神的发展,近几年在中国也得到很快的发展,尤其高尔夫比赛被列为2016年奥运项目后,青少年高尔夫后备人才的培养,从中央到地方将会更加重视,高尔夫运动也将迎来快速发展的高峰。文章通过对玄武中专开设高尔夫专业十几年来积累的实践经验的分析,对青少年高尔夫后备人才培养模式进行探索,并提出相应建议。

The golf,in fact,has developed for only 20 years in China. But with the development of golf supplies andgolf spirit,golf has been developing rapidly in recent years in China. Especially after the golf tournament is listedofficially in the 2016 Olympic Games,people from the central to the place will pay more attention to the cultivation ofthe youth golf reserve personnel. Golf will also usher in the peak of the rapid development. The article provides somethinking and exploration,and puts forward the corresponding proposal on the training mode of the youth golf reservepersonnel,according to the practical experience which is accumulated since Nanjing Xuanwu Secondary VocationalSchool opened golf major more than ten years ago.
