社区青少年校外辅导站新型运作模式的实践探究

摘要 "校站结合"作为提高校外教育水平的一个着力点,较好地增强了青少年参加校外教育活动的凝聚力。在实施过程中存在活动面不够广、志愿者的能动性不能充分发挥等问题,难以达到预期的目标要求。文章认为只有站校企有效结合,才能合理地用好社会教育资源,增强对青少年的思想教育,才能使潜性资源成为显性资源,社区建设资源实现优势互补,教育资源实现效能最大化,实现全街社区建设和青少年校外教育的"双赢"。 "School"as a focus of improving the level of school education,increases the cohesion of the adolescentsparticipates in education activities. Active surface is not widely exists in the implementation process,the initiative ofthe volunteers also can't fully to play,is difficult to achieve the desired goals and objectives. The article believes thatonly effective combination between station, college and enterprise,can reasonably use good social education resourcesto strengthen ideological education of teenagers,to make the latent become dominant resources,construction ofcommunity resources to realize complementary advantages,education resources to achieve maximum efficiency toachieve quanjie community construction and youth education"win-win".
