摘要
选取旱田改水田的黑土为研究对象,以相邻的旱田为对照,通过五点采样法取样,对其电导率及几种转化氮素的微生物进行研究。结果表明,旱田改水田后土壤电导率(EC)显著升高;旱田改水田后反硝化细菌数量显著减少,不利于反硝化细菌的积累;而其他几种转化氮素的微生物中,氨化细菌与好氧自生固氮菌显著增加;硝化细菌与亚硝化细菌虽有增加,但不显著。
To understand the effects of changing dry soil to paddy field on soil EC and microorganisms of conversion of nitro- gen, black soil changing from dry soil to paddy field was chosen and sampled by five sampling methods. The near dry field was for comparison. The results showed that soil EC increased significantly, however the number of denitrifying bacteria de- creased significantly, which was against the accumulation of denitrifying bacteria. Meanwhile the number of ammonifying bac- teria and aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria increased significantly. The number of nitrate melt bacteria and nitrate bacteria increased but not significantly.
