贮藏相关的葡萄浆果性状主成分分析

Principal Component Analyses on the Storage Characters of Grapes Berry

以9种葡萄品种为试验材料,对贮藏相关的主要浆果性状进行主成分分析。结果表明,用4个新的主成分代表原有的8个指标,反映了84.38%以上的原始指标信息,采用的方法科学、简便;以综合主成分值1.00以上的品种贮藏性表现优,1.00以下的贮藏性表现差,分析结果与生产实际表现相似。

Based on SPSS 19.0, the main fruit storage characters of 9 grape varieties were determined by pincipal component analysis,.Results showed that 4 main compositions representing original 8 indexes were extracted by principal component anal- ysis,accumulative variance contribution was 84.38% ,and it＇s function equations which eflected the main fruit storage charac- ters. The method of principal component analysis was more scientific and simple. Comprehensive principal component value of more than 1 varieties of storage performed excellent and below 1 poor,the results were similar to practical phenotype.
