摘要
应用离子色谱仪测定了砖茶和花茶中4种阴离子的含量。采用不同制备方式,研究放置不同时间后茶汤中F-、Cl-、NO3-和SO42-的含量及浸出率的动态变化。结果显示,花茶中Cl-、NO3-和SO42-含量均显著高于砖茶,分别为砖茶的5.30、1.60和3.92倍。随着放置时间延长,所试阴离子在茶汤中的含量显著增加,5 h后趋于稳定甚至有所下降。
Four kinds of anion content in the brick tea and flower tea were detected with ion chromatography. Using different preparation methods,F^-,Cl^-,NO3^- and SO4^2- content and the dynamic changes of the leaching rate was investigated after differ- ent time. Results showed that the flower tea of Cl^-,NO3^- and SO^2- content were significantly higher than that of brick tea respectively 5.30,1.60,and 3.92 times. With putting extension of time, the anion content increased significantly in tea infusion, after 5 hours tend to be stable or even fall.
