摘要
董仲舒通过三步论证完成了其对《春秋》价值的确立。首先是通过对《春秋公羊传》的报应论阐释,赋予历史以道德价值,同时引入了作为主宰者与审判者的"天";其次通过对灾异的论述,论证了天意的表达方式;最后通过论证《春秋》对天意拥有合法的解释权,从而在完成其为汉立法的历史使命中确立了《春秋》的价值与地位。
Dong Zhongshu established the value of Chunqiu via three steps . First , he explained Chunqiu with the retribution theory , made the history with a moral complexion , and brought “Tian” conception as a arbiter and a judger .Second ,in his calamity theory he demonstrated how the ideals were conceived by the “Tian” . Finally , Dong Zhongshu attempted to proved the Chunqiu had the right of interpretation of divine providence , and then fulfilled his historical mission in enactment of law s for the Han dynasty .
