摘要
近年来,国内外对软土深基坑开挖时防既有管线变形的研究较多,但多数局限于深基坑施工对周边管线影响的分析,而对横跨基坑的管线保护措施却鲜有研究。以上海新天地126/127街坊项目连通道深基坑工程为背景,介绍了横跨基坑的既有管线原位保护技术,介绍了围护体和支撑体系等支护、施工的关键技术。工程实践表明,该原位保护方案安全、可靠、有效,可为类似工程提供参考。
In recent years, more studies have been done at home and abroad on prevention of existing pipeline deformation during soft soil deep foundation excavation. However, most of them were limited to the analysis of the impact of the deep foundation pit construction on surrounding pipelines and very few of them studied on the protection measures for pipelines crossing the foundation pit. Taking deep foundation pit project of 126/127 neighborhood project in Shanghai Xintiandi as an example, the paper introduces the insitu protection technology for the existing pipeline crossing foundation pit and the key technologies of support and construction for excavation support structure, the support system and so on. The engineering practice shows that the insitu protection scheme is safe, reliable, effective and can provide references for similar nrni~.r.f.q
